Abstract

Aim and Objective

To assess the diet and physical activity variations in students during exams among the age group of 17 to 20 years studying in a dental school.

Background

Physical activity and diet play a pivotal role in student's life during examination. A population based survey was conducted among 100 students in a dental school. This survey includes a questionnaire to assess the parameters involved in physical activity and dietary behaviour. The survey questionnaire is administered to the students using survey planet link.

Reason

To assess the dietary changes and role of physical activity during examinations this will create awareness about healthy exercise and dietary lifestyle modifications.

Results

The survey was done and it indicated the preference of diet and physical activity of students during exams varied according to each of them.
