Abstract

In recent years the use of nanomaterials has been very important in veterinary medicine and agriculture. The prospects of using nanopreparations in various branches of science and industry are determined by their high bioavailability, low toxicity, and the absence of pro-oxidant activity. Such unique properties suggest the promising nature of a combination of essential elements in the nanoform for prevention or therapy of certain diseases. The authors were the first to study the possibility of using a complex based on a combination of ultrafine powders of metals of essential elements in the development of posthemorrhagic anemia in white rats. The article discusses the results of assessing the efficiency of using the mineral complex based on nanopowders of iron, zinc, and copper for the morphological and biochemical parameters of blood on the background of modeling iron deficiency anemia in white rats. An injectable form of the mineral complex for intraperitoneal injection based on the combination of nanopowders of iron, zinc, and copper has been suggested and developed. The stimulating effect of the mineral complex based on nanopowders of metals on the process of haemo-and erythropoiesis in white rats on the background of posthemorrhagic iron deficiency anemia has been found. The statistically significant effect of the studied preparation indicates the non-uniform recovery dynamics of the morphological parameters of the blood of white rats in various experimental groups. An increased by 31% content of hemoglobin has been found by the end of the study in the experimental group of albino rats, which received intraperitoneal injections of the preparation. The absence of any adverse effect of the proposed drug on the course of the metabolic processes in the animals in the experimental group has been shown. An increased by 21.5% concentration of serum iron has been shown in the experimental group of the animals that received intraperitoneal injections of the preparation on the background of simulated posthemorrhagic iron deficiency anemia, compared to the reference values by the seventh day of the experiment.
