Highly lipophilic drugs are somewhat difficult to solubilisation, they can be dissolved by using various oils so only the scientists are developing various solubility enhancement techniques such as SMEDDS and SNEDDS. Self-micro emulsifying oil formulations are mixture of synthetic or natural oil, liquid or solid surfactant, hydrophilic solvent and co-surfactant. SMEDDS have a smaller lipid droplet size less than 100 nanometre and its dispersion has cloud less to transparent appearance. There is various method to produce liquid micro emulsion are phase titration method and phase inversion method, the prepared emulsion should be solidified by spray drying, adsorption and melt granulation techniques. It should be examined by Determination of Self Emulsification Time, Droplet Size Determination and Differential Scanning Calorimetry.
