The whole plant was shade dried and used for experimental study which was designed on four different models of induced gastric ulcers. This showed the dose dependent gastro protection that was compared to the omeprazole 20mg/kg/B.w (Standard Drug). Different parameters like GSH (μg/mg protein), ALP (IU/L), Gastric volume (ml/100g), pH (Unit) were estimated, which has shown significant results when compared to the standard drug.
