Abstract This study aims at presenting the value of creatinine in serum with those who suffer from renal failure and subject to dialysis of blood and its relation of causing anemia for them. For thus, a study was conducted in renal machine department (dialysis) in Kirkuk city since the beginning of October of 2017 until the end of march 2018, the study included 25 patient of renal failure of both sex with ages between (30–67) years. The study showed that patients of renal failure suffers from anemia (decrease of Hb) and increase of creatinine and showed that the relation between them is inverse.
