Online published on 24 December, 2019. Abstract This study deliberates a sequence of 3-hydroxy-4-aminobenzene sulfonamide derivatives. In the present investigation 3-hydroxy-4-aminobenzene sulfonamide has been taken as initial material and treated with acetylacetone to prepare new azo compound then azo compound reacts with p-chloro benzaldehyde in absolute ethanol to prepare chalcone derivatives then chalcone derivatives react with various compounds such as urea thiourea, quandin, Meldrum's acid, barbituric acid, hydroxyl amine hydrochloride, 2,4-dinitrophenyl hydrazine to prepare new heterocyclic compound.
