Research of the Morphological and Anatomical structure of leaf of Pinus sylvestris L. and Pinus mugo Turra

Abstract

First studied the surface of leaf epidermis of two species of the genus Pinus, namely Pinus sylvestris and Pinus mugo. Pinus sylvestris L.-high (25–50 m), monoecious, conical or pyramidal crown and monopodial ringed branching tree. The plant is monoecious. Pinus mugo Turra is a creeping shrub from 0.5 to 4.5 m. The needles are located on the shoots and branches of the spiral. The plant begins to bear fruit in 6–10 years. The installation of the anatomical structure of the leaf of Pinus mugo and Pinus sylvestris carried out using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), which is a method of studying the surface structure of a microscopic object by analyzing the reflected "e-image". Thus, a comparative study of the ultrastructure of epidermal surface of leaves of Pinus mugo and Pinus sylvestris, carried out with the SEM, allows you to set the distinguishing characteristics between the abaxial and adaxial surface. Studies of the ultrastructure of the leaf surface using the method of scanning microscopy is crucial for describing the types, identification of their diagnostic criteria, identifying common features between itself and the like (Bacic et al., 1992, Dickison, 2000, Deckert et al., 2001). Installed common to the investigated species traits (adaxial surface rows of stomata, unicellular natalist trichome of shapes are similar to the spikes; rest area on abaxial surface: epistomatic cavity, perisomatic ring, a wax crust; plot amoxiline surface with two rows of stomata: perisomatic ring, a wax crust on the surface of the main cells of the epidermis, the crystalline forms of epicuticular wax), as well as specific features for each species.
