The aim of study was to analyze the effect of different drying methods i.e. oven, sun, microwave and freeze dried on the phytochemicals of stem bark extract of Terminalia arjuna and root extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra. The Phytochemicals screening revealed the presence of alkaloid, saponins, triterpenoids, and phytosterols in root extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra and stem bark extract of Terminalia arjuna. While the carbohydrate test was found to be positive only in the root extract of Glycyrrhiza glabra.
