Online published on 20 December, 2018. Abstract Soymilk one of the most popular drinks now days due to its nutritive properties. It is a plant based drink and is a stable of East Asia. The main reason for its popularity is due to the amount of protein present in it. In this study soymilk was produced at laboratory scale and its properties were analyzed using various instruments. Soymilk was further compared with cow milk. The Results came out was that though soybean is a protein rich plant still soymilk has to be consumed 4–5 times per day to have the nutrition equal or more than the cow as the protein gets diluted when mixed with water.
