Since many years bacteriophage studies are being carried out. Recent studies shows that bacteriophage are proving to be beneficial to human body. They act as immune barriers with mucus in human body. Also these viruses are playing an important role in vaccines. One of the main recent advancement shows Bacteriophage Therapy which includes dentistry also.
