Abstract The influence of temperature on the morphometric and physical features of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix erythrocytes and polymorph nuclear leukocytes was estimated by atomic force microscopy. It was observed that the area, volume and perimeter of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix hemocytes are not changed at low (down to 5°C) and elevated (up to 40°C) incubation temperatures, in comparison with incubation at temperature of 20°C, whereas the elasticity of blood cells-is reduced.
