The various reasons behind formation of constituent assembly of India and the formation process of constituent assembly of India has been analysed. Thereafter composition and nature of constituent assembly of India has been analysed. Then working of constituent assembly has been deliberated upon after this the important committees and sessions of constituent assembly of India has been discussed.
