Abstract Undoubtedly, the small-scale sector has become the cornerstone of the Indian economy, playing an essential role in employment generation, entrepreneurship development, and poverty alleviation, contributing to rural and urban industrialization in India. The lack of entrepreneurship programs is responsible for the low efficiency in small-scale industries; therefore, the government should provide more entrepreneurship programs to increase entrepreneurs’ capacity for higher production and output. Entrepreneurs also face a shortage of skilled workers, creating difficulties in the production process. Consequently, the government should implement skill development programs in the state, benefiting both employment generation and industrial production. This study reveals that industrial development not only improves the socio-economic condition but also enhances the well-being of local people. Industrial development also transforms the infrastructure of society. Top Keywords Economy, Entrepreneurship, Industrialization. Top |
