Abstract The paper highlights the status of digital public libraries as a comparatively new field; the digital library is one of India’s most extensive digital libraries. Taking this as the case library, the objective of the present research is to assess customer satisfaction with the Digital Public Library of Karnataka. The objective of the present research is to assess customer satisfaction regarding the Digital Public Library of Karnataka and to understand the usage of the digital public library in accessing all digital content. Primary data was collected from respondents using a survey strategy for conducting the study. Quantitative analysis was conducted to reach the objective of the research. The research then assesses the satisfaction of the Karnataka state digital library users. The research found the users to be satisfied with the Digital Public Library of Karnataka.
