Abstract The study aims to analyze the availability of resources on websites, website performance, and availability of resources in government colleges in Karnataka, India. The study analyzes resource distribution, elec tronic resource subscriptions, and the effectiveness of web page loading in different regions. Colleges under the Directorate of Collegiate Education (DCE), Government of Karnataka, were selected for research. It was found that the most common library general information provided was about the library, library rules, the Vision, Mission, and Objectives of the library. Library collection or resources under different headings were presented on the library websites. All colleges from Mysore and Shivamogga have provided the details of library collections under the General books heading, followed by colleges from Bangalore and Mangalore regions.
