Abstract This research paper tangibly explains the present status of application of marketing strategies, marketing tools and techniques being used by IIT Delhi library to make its users more aware and inform about the LIS products and services. It covers the steps taken by library authority in terms of library marketing planning strategies, marketing tools and techniques being used with futuristic approach. The study presents 108 users responses in terms of marketing of LIS products and services.
