Objectives

LBS Journal of Management & Research, is a bi-annual publication. It aims at cultivating kaleidoscopic observations and a rich exchange of ideas among researchers and practicing managers by publishing research papers/articles with emphasis on various management issues. The Journal also seeks to strike a balance between theoretical paradigms and business practices through a blend of case studies, surveys and reviews on different aspects of management and other related areas of economy and business.
