Abstract Many herbs are used in medicine for treating various diseases but Aloe Vera has a variety of components to enhance defensive mechanisms and to combat many dental problems. Aloe Vera has various miraculous properties like antibacterial, antifungal, anti tumor and helps in treating various lesions of oral cavity. It improves and accelerates healing with less inflammation and microbial infections. The Aloe Vera plant has been known and used for centuries for its health, beauty, medicinal and skin care properties. Aloe Vera is a natural product that is nowadays frequently used in the medical and dental field for treating many diseases.
