Abstract

The environment is becoming a widely debated topic in our everyday lives. All life on Earth is linked with its surroundings, from the tiniest microbes to the greatest creatures. Humans are part of nature, and their survival is dependent on healthy ecosystems. At the same time, human activities harm the health of the environment for current and future generations as a result of pollution, climate change, and disasters. The present study was carried out in Uttarakhand at Udham Singh Nagar district. Purposive and random sampling technique was done based on convenience and availability and 30 students were selected. point-biserial correlation coefficient used as a index of item discrimination. The reliability of the test was calculated by the Spearman-Brown formula. The reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.841 found to be highly significant.
