Customer Satisfaction in the Service Sector: A Case-Study on Vodafone Services (Mysore, India)

Abstract

This is a survey research in which the satisfaction level of customers is analysed and data are collected from mobile users of Vodafone Services. In this article, the researcher has tried to define and show customer care satisfaction in Vodafone Services. The location of study is Mysore city in the Karnataka state of India. The objectives of this research were measuring the services provided by Vodafone, customer satisfaction level, finding out the identity of expectations of customers and finally assessing the present level of satisfaction of customers using the selected company.
