Online published on 16 December, 2014. Abstract The aim of the present study is to investigate the role of organizational culture on knowledge management in Padideh Shandiz Company. To evaluate the organizational culture, identity, high management support, individual creativity, reward system, communication, conflict and learning have been used and to evaluate knowledge management, knowledge acquisition, knowledge creation, knowledge record, knowledge application and knowledge transfer have been used. The statistical population of this study includes the employees of Padideh Shandiz Company and close questionnaire has been used for data collection. The sample size has been 231 individuals, and Cronbach Alpha (α= 98%) has been used for reliability evaluation. The results indicate that organizational culture is effective on knowledge management.
