Abstract In modern society, fierce competition and socioeconomic interaction stress the quality of life, causing anegative influence on a person's mental health. Laughter therapy and meditation, as a non-pharmacological, alternative treatment, has a positive effect on the mental health and the immune system. To identify daily stress and mental health level, and to compare the effect of Laughter Therapy and Meditation in Iranian and Indian adults. The research design for this study is Quasi Experimental-pretest and posttest with control group design. Include 360Iranian and Indian adults. P-value related to laugh therapy and meditation variables both is less than 0.05, Therefore both variables have meaningful effects on correlative variable, But their interactional effect is meaningless. We can also say that laugh therapy effect is more than meditation effect. Below curve shows estimated marginal means of mental health in the various times and different treatments graphically. Regard to expected count of P-value we can say that null hypothesis is accepted. It means that observed covariance matrices of the dependent variables are equal across different groups.
