Ambedkar University, Agra 282002 (Uttar Pradesh). Abstract A survey of red pepper (Capsicum annuum L) cultivation at different centres of Saurashtra region was made. Based upon the shape and size of fruits and their capsaicin contents, twenty populations were studied and these were classified into three channels named as A, Band C.
