Online published on 22 May, 2019. Abstract Meditation is an excellent way to unwind after an eventful day. Life can at times be stressful, triggered by various factors such as work, family and life in general. Our adolescents are not immune to stress either; they also undergo quite considerable amounts of stress on a daily basis. Meditation helps to make wiser, more peaceful choices during everyday moments. This in turns leads to a life that contains more positive opportunities and fewer problems. The research design adopted was pre experimental one group pre-test and post-test design. The conceptual framework for this study was based on Wiedenbach's Nursing theory. The study had been conducted at Gyandeep Vidhyalaya, Rajkot. A total of 62 students were selected by purposive sampling method. The data collected were analysedby usingdescriptive statistics includes Frequency, mean percentage, standard deviation of Demographic variables. Inferential statistics includes"t" Test and chi square test. Result and Conclusionin this study, it was found that there is a significant difference between themean pre-test memory assessment score and mean post-test memory assessment scoreof Mindfulness meditation on improvement of memory impairment among adolescent 0.05 level of significance. The obtained‘t’ values for mild (10.589), moderate (28.500) and severe (11.667) were statistically significant at 0.05 level.
