Abstract

A study was conducted to assess the Effect of “CBTP” on knowledge regarding innovative methods among nursing faculties at Govt. College of nursing Jagdalpur. A total 30 teachers were selected using convenient sampling technique. A structured questionnaire was used to collect the data. The result revealed that the pretest mean was 6.7 which increased to 20.8 in the post test and there is significant association between pre test knowledge and age of the nursing faculty. The study concludes that capacity building training programme was significantly effective in increasing the knowledge regarding innovative methods among nursing faculties.
