Acceptance of e-shodh sindhu consortium among the science community of Kurukshetra University and Maharishi Dayanand University

Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to discover the use of various e-resources under the umbrella of the E-Shodh S indhu consortium by the teachers and researchers of two noticeable Universities of Haryana, i.e. Kurukshetra University and Maharshi Dayanand University. The study adopted the survey method to collect the essential information with the help of a self-structure questionnaire. Total 196 questionnaires were distributed among the respondents, out of which 185 questionnaires were found suitable for analysis. The result of the study indicates that the majority of faculty members and research scholars of both the universities are aware of the various e-resources covered in the E-Shodh Sindhu consortium and they mainly use ESS Consortium for research work.
