Among the different levels of kinetin tried, maximum shootlet induction, mean number of shootlets and mean shoot length was observed at 4 mg/l of kinetin. The root development was better on 1/2 MS without IBA and IBA at 0.25 mg/l. The complete plantlets were obtained with a survival rate of 80% on the sterilized hardening medium, coffee cherry husk: FYM:soil:sand in 2:1:1:1 ratio. Top Key words Anthurium, micropropagation.
