Online published on 27 April, 2021. Abstract Introduction An abnormal growth of oral cavity cells which tend to proliferative in an uncontrolled way and, in some cases, metastasize (spread). Objective Assess the knowledge of the Adolescents regarding oral cancer during Pre test. Evaluate the knowledge of the adolescents regarding oral cancer after the administration of information booklet. Compare the pre and post-test knowledge scores of the adolescents. Associate the knowledge of the adolescents regarding oral cancer with selected demographic variables. Hypothesis H0: There will not be a significant relationship between knowledge of Adolescents on pre-test. H1: There will be a significant improvement on the knowledge of adolescents regarding oral cancer after the information booklet. H2: There will be a significant association on knowledge of adolescents regarding oral cancer with selected demographic variables. Design Quasi experimental one group pre test post test design was used. Participation 40 students of college in the age group of 14-21 years were selected using Non-probability Convenient sampling techniques in sarvajanic college of Mehsana. Tool Questionnarie was used to assess the level of knowledge among students in the age group of 14-21 years. Results: ‘T’ test value is 14.10. This value is significant at p < 0.05 level.
