Abstract This is a case report of 14 years adolescent schoolboy who died immediately after tennis play. At times, unsuspected cardiac lesions in the heart cause sudden death during extraneous physical activities. It is a rare case when an adolescent collapses suddenly after game. He never showed any obvious signs and symptoms of any disease. Cardiomyopathy was diagnosed on autopsy examination and histopathological examination.
