Abstract

This paper contains primary data on the level of morale and motivation of Cipla limited employees gathered from an interview schedule conducted with Cipla limited employees in India. The level of morale and motivation is measured using a scale known as the "Employees' level of morale and motivation scale." This scale is based on a scoring method in which each component important for employee morale and motivation is assigned a score, & total scores are approximated for each employee sample. Two-way tables, percentages, averages, correlation, analysis of variance, & stepwise multiple regression analysis are used to investigate the factors impacting employees' morale and motivation.
