Online published on 19 September, 2015. Abstract The pain/fever is very common factor that affect millions of people around the world. Large numbers of painkilling drugs are available in the market. These painkillers aim to provide focus on reducing the impact of pain/fever resulting in physical and emotional support to a sufferer but their long term use can lead to the psychological dependence. Prescription for painkillers has become more than doubled in two decades which unintentionally exceeds the death rates due to long term over dosage.
