The synthesized copper ferrite (CF) nano-particle characterized by followed techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Visible Spectroscopy. The single-phase cubic spinel structure found from XRD analysis and average crystallite size, the strain was estimated calculated and camper with the WH plots. The optical band gap estimation was carried out from UV-Visible Spectroscopy absorption spectra. Top Keywords Nanoparticle, X-ray diffraction, w-h plots, optical band gap. Top |
