Abstract The present investigation was carried out to establish a correlation environmental pollution especially the SO2, NOX, RSPM, SPM and ozone pollution at SLP Govt P.G. College, Maharaj Bada and Deen Dayal Nagar. Samples of two medicinal plants Adhatoda vasica and Aloe Vera were analyzed for their phytochemical composition total chlorophyll contents a and b. The result of this study show that the total chlorophyll content in all the two plants varies inversely with pollutant. Chlorophyll a found maximum than chlorophyll b for all the two medicinal plants. Top Keywords Ozone (03), Sulphur dioxide (SO2), Oxide of nitrogen (NOX), Respirable suspended particulate matter (RSPM), suspended particulate matter (SPM), chlorophyll contents a and b, Adhatoda vasica and Aloe Vera.
