Online published on 26 March, 2018. Abstract Polyaniline/CuO NCs at different weight percentages are synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization method. The composites have been synthesized with various compositions (10, 15, and 20 wt %) of cupric oxide in Polyaniline (PANI), the chemical characterization are made using XRD (X-ray diffraction). The surface morphology of these composites have been studied with scanning electron micrograph (SEM). The dielectric properties have been studied at different wt% CuO doped Polyaniline (PANI) with function of frequency range from 100 Hz to 5 MHz and also at temperatures range 303 K to 343 K. The dielectric loss decreases with increasing the frequency and increases with increasing CuO concentration. The maximum dielectric loss is found to be at lower wt %CuO doped Polyaniline (PANI) NCs.
