Abstract Vinyl ester resins of epoxy 2, 6-dimethylol-4-nitrophenol (EDMN) naphthol have been synthesized using methyl acrylate (MA)/ethyl acrylate (EA) and they were structurally characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopic methods.
