Online published on 17 July, 2017. Abstract New CoII, NiII and CuII complex ha as been synthesized and characterized by elemental annalysis, UV-Vis, FT-IR and thermal analysis Binding of this is CoII, NiII and CuII complex with calf thymus DNA w was investigated by UV-Visible absorption, fluorescence sp pectroscopy techniques. The intrinsic binding constan nts Kb of complex with CT-DNA obtained from UV-Vis a absorption studies. Further, the in vitro cytotoxic e effect of the complexes examined on cancerous cell line, succh as human breast cancer cells (MCF-7). Top Keywords CoII, NiII and C CuII complex, DNA interaction, Electrochemical st tudies and cytotoxicity activity. Top |
