Abstract Strategic Management is a practical management approach that enable an enterprise for securing a competitive advantage so that they have sustainable growth that is constant and it possible by using the company assets, attributes, or abilities that are unique and very difficult to duplicate or exceed and provide a superior or favorable long term position over competitors whether that is existing or new arrivals. Apart of that, companies have to ensure the best fit will be adopted in terms of organizational and environmental resources. It all is possible through various environmental scanning along with organizational resources and their optimum reliability in term of their uses. Purpose The purpose of this paper is to find-out the usefulness of application of combination of strategies that improving overall performance of Industrial sector. Design/Methodology/Approach Descriptive Writing. Finding It is suggesting that strategies claimed sustainable competitive advantage when there is a perfect fit between Environmental appraisal and resource sufficiency. Practical Implication The readers or users of the paper are advised to make intensive care while designing strategic layout and ensure their feasibility also. Social Implication The paper is useful in creating awareness towards selection of strategies as per the Opportunities and strengths of an individual and select future option for the same. Originality Type The paper raises questions about strategic inferences from a different industrial players and their empirical research in strategy formulation.
