Delegation of authority is necessary wherever a manager must rely on another to help accomplish an objective. However, unfortunately it is found that in case of micro-manager, the tool of delegation of authority is not been adequately implemented, this is resulting in wastage of time, manpower and other organizational resources. For the purpose initially 19 variables were identified; however after making the pilot study and taking the expert opinion from the industry people the variables were restricted to 14. For the purpose of simple understanding the percentage method is used for reaching the target audience.
