In the present study a novel pigment producing bacteria was isolated from milk sample and characterized by biochemical studies. The isolated and purified pigment was checked for its anticancer activity in Human cerevical cancer cells by MTT assay which exhibited dose dependent activity. Induction of apoptosis was confirmed by fluorescent staining. Top Keywords Apoptosis, fluorescent staining. Top |
