Instrumental case study to prospect suicidal attempt by virtue of debt besides subsequent counseling among clients in dhanvantri critical care center at Erode Dr. Sampoornam W Professor, Dhanvantri College of Nursing, Pallakkapalayam Online published on 27 April, 2021. Abstract Personal debt is one of many factors associated with anxiety, depression and suicidality. The aim of this instrumental case study was to explore the phenomena of suicidal attempt due to debt followed by counseling for clients in Dhanvantri Critical Care Center at Erode. Out of three cases, two were males and one was female. The cases were between 35 & 55 years of age. In this case study commonly used counseling techniques were ventilation, catharsis and silence.
