Abstract

These days, it isn't enough to have a website for your business-your digital storefront extends to social media marketing sites like Facebook and Twitter, and it's time to start capitalizing on it. If your company still doesn't have a Twitter account or a Facebook fan page, it's time to get with the program and bring yourself up to speed. Social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace have become powerful marketing and communication tools. We believe that using these channels to easily communicate with your customers is an excellent habit. These websites offer small and medium-sized businesses, access to their clients never before available or affordable. it is important to manage these Social Networking Tools wisely, do not spam, post thoughtful, relevant communications, and respond to comments in a timely manor. Add content to your page as often as possible, and keep your customers up-do-date on all that is new and exciting risk falling behind your competition.
