Abstract

Service sector as a significant sector in India, contributing a major role in national income through its different operations like trade, hotel, communication, financial, and transport services, etc. Whereas health care is considered as one of the major contributors in the service sector as well as it plays a key role in Indian tourism era. Where it has proved its efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of quality services to the domestic as well as foreign patients. Here, this study is conducted to discuss briefly about the Indian health care system and its potential and advantageous along with key variables in healthcare perception. The reporting is based on a descriptive manner by the way of collecting data from the secondary sources such as industry reports, articles and related websites. The other major scopes of this discussion are different strategies, growth drivers, and further opportunities of the Indian healthcare sector.
