Abstract

Herbs and spices have been used for thousands of years as medicines. But their have hydrophobic properties, poor stabilities and low bio availabilities, nanoparticles are possible since the interaction of the particle surface with the solvent is strong enough to overcome density differences. DSC melting profiles are essential for identifying the state of the drug, which can significantly influence bioavailability, stability, and water content. The aim of research analysed of nanoparticle extract of Clove (Syzygium aromaticum L.) by Differential Scanning Colorimetry and their activity toward HeLa cell line. The result of synthesis showed that nanoparticle extract with yield 75% yield. In-vitro test results showed that the IC50 of nanoparticle extract and ethanol extract 6.2±2.1 μg/ml, 22.53±1.1μg/ml respectively. The results of this test indicate the synthesis of nanoparticle with traditional herbal medicine may provide a very useful tool in designing future herbal medicine with improved bioavailability profile and less toxicity. That the combination a high potential as a anti cervical cancer compound.
