The compounding pharmacy is a technique by which drug is prepared by creating new forms from an existing drug. The usage of same drug at different age level is an important concern to be focused. A young child may need a lesser dosage which are made only in adult-dosage tablets. A person might have allergic issues to a specific ingredients in commercial usage. In this paper we propose a system to identify new forms of drug from existing drug and define daily dose.
