Four lactating buffaloes were used In a 4x4 Latin Square Design to evaluate the effect of replacing maize oil cake (MOC) with varying levels of wet corn gluten feed (WCGF) on nutrient digestibility, milk yield and its composition. Control diet (C) had 64.25% MOC and was replaced by 23.35 (WCGF1S), 46.70 (WCGF30) and 70.0% (WCGF45) WCGF. Feed intake was higher (P<0,02) in diets containing WCGF than diets containing MOC only. Dry matter digestibility was higher in WCGF45 diet (P<0.02) than those fed control, WCGF15 and WCGF30 diets, however, milk yield and its composition remained unaltered across the diets.
