Individualization of instruction mean that in a classrooms setup or out side the classroom the child has his task to be completed in a span of time for which he is given instruction individuaIly keeping his strengths and weaknesses to attain optimum growth by the teacher. In the present paper we will first examine each of these reasons on their own merits;then we will attempt to assess what the schools are doing to individualize instruction today; and finally we will make some recommendations as to what schools should be doing.
