Abstract

Salivary duct carcinoma is a highly aggressive tumor with solid papillary and cribriform pattern that resembles in situ and invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. A 78 year old male presented with rapidly growing swelling in the parotid region. On the basis of the FNAC report of adenocarcinoma, radical parotidectomy and neck dissection was performed. On histopathology, it showed features of salivary duct carcinoma with metastasis in cervical lymph nodes.
