Abstract

The effectiveness of human resource management practices depends on the vision and the approach of the senior leaders in the organizations. This case study initiates discussion on the comparison between the effectiveness of the human resources management practices in the family owned and professionally managed business enterprises. This case study is suitable for the management students who have advanced knowledge of the human resource management practices in the business organizations.
