The first issue of the Society was published with the nomenclature of “Journal of Soil and Water Conservation in India” with ISSN: 0022-457X. During the journey of 60 years, a new series of the journal was started in the year 1987 under the nomenclature of “Journal of Soil and Water Conservation” with same ISSN number.
