nternational Journal of Management and Development Studies (ISSN: 2321-1423; E-ISSN: 2320-0685) is a double-blind peer reviewed quarterly journal. The first issue of the Journal, appeared in December, 2012. The Journal publishes original and peer-reviewed theoretical and empirical research work, in the fields of management and development studies.

There is no deadline for receipt of the article. Submission could be made at any time round the year.

We follow a two-stage review process: A preliminary screening followed by a double blind review.

Indexed and Abstracted with Indian Citation Index, J-Gate, Google Scholar.
